TapaMeze Signature Feasts

Our Chef will prepare a family-style feast to remember! A Feast will serve from eight to twenty. This is a great way to share the table with your friends, family and coworkers.

Each Feast starts with a glass of champagne for everyone, followed by a selection of our little tapas and mezes just to wet the appetite, and then the Feast of your choice.

Each Feast costs $50 per person and must be ordered three days in advance.


Feast Packages
Cripsy Whole Suckling Pig, Barcelona Style
Rubbed with grey salt, wild rosemary and olive oil, stuffed with winter apples, then air roasted until crispy on the outside and falling off the bone on the inside

Moroccan Style Whole Baby Lambs
Rubbed with Moroccan spices, apricots and preserved lemon, then slow cooked until no knife is needed. Served with couscous, roasted vegetables and harrisa

Classic Spanish Paella Valencia
Slow cooked seafood, chicken Spanish sausage and saffron rice, cooked in a large, flat pan and served to you and your guests table-side. Served with grilled tomatoes and watermelon on the side

Whole Roasted Salmon Provencal
Rubbed with French sea salt and olive oil, then stuffed with fresh thyme and garlic cloves. Service with ratatoulle provencal and potato and onion gratin

Whole Roasted Mallard Duck
Laquered with TapaMeze's pomegranite molasses until crispy and chestnut brown,served with sweet potato gratin, roasted kumquats and majadarah lentil rice

Vegetarian Couscous with Harrisa
Seasonal farmers market vegetables roasted with Algerian spices, served on a bed of steamed couscous and green harrisa. Accompanied with homemade Mediterranean pickles.

Boullibase Marsailles
Southern French seafood/fish stew simmered with fennel, tomatoes, saffron, potatoes, leeks and a splash of pernod, served Marseilles style, broth and seafood served seperately with rouille and toasts

Slow Cooked Lamb Shanks Mahloube
Middle Eastern style lamb shanks cooked upside down until falling off the bone, with fried cauliflower, basmatti rice and roasted pine nuts. Served with house pickled turnips, spicy cracked green olives and Mediterranean cucumber, mint, tomatoes and feta salad

Veal Osso Bucco Napolitan
Five hour braised veal shank cooked with armoatic root vegetables, tomatoes, herbs and Italian spices, served with butter noodles, tossed in a double butter, regiano herb sauce

Stuffed Vegetables Middle Eastern Style
With peppers, zuccini, homemade dolmades, eggplant and tomatoes, stuffed and steamed together with toasted pine nut studded Middle Eastern rice. Server with homemade pickles, baked olives and labne.

Greek Whole Roasted Chicken
Stuffed with lemons and olives, basted with our tziki sauce and served with baked orzo pasta
